8th ISCOS Ministers Assembly in Zambia

Cabinet Secretary Hon. Salim Mvurya, Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy, Shipping and  Maritime Affairs, and Principal Secretary Mr Shadrack Mwadime, State Department for Shipping and Maritime Affairs leading the Kenyan delegation to the 8th General Assembly of ISCOS Ministers in Livingstone, Zambia . During the meeting, the Ministers from the region developed a common regional joint approach to drive the Blue Economy in the region. On behalf of the Kenyan government, the Cabinet Secretary expressed commitment to promote the regional maritime  environment to contribute to the regional maritime economic prosperity.
